If your application is not intended to be charged in any way, GAudio is 100% free without any limitations or constraints. You can also consider your product as non-commercial until it is not sold and simply use GAudio as a trial version.

If your application is going to be charged in any way, then the commercial license occurs.
There are two types of commercial license.

.SHAREWARE 75€ - static library is built on your demand to meet your needs (linked with multithread or multithread DLL, dxguid or not, etc.) - NO ROYALTIES are required - no obligation to mention any GAudio's logo or reference in your program - next versions and updates are available for FREE during 1 year! - UNLIMITED use. That means the license occurs for any number of products! .PRO 590€ - all advantages of SHAREWARE license - FULL SOURCE CODE included. It is provided as an entire workspace ready to be compiled! (it cannot be used to release a public version of GAudio from your side or any library which is going to compete with GAudio).

By considering the actual available sound engines and the time you can win to implement audio in your commercial product, GAudio is simply the best available on the market.
